Inna Pilipenko was born in Moscow Russia. In 2007 she signed with Supreme Management agency to start modeling. In the fall she debuted in New York for the spring 2008 shows of Rodarte, Marc Jacobs and Vera Wang. Another career highlight was her feature in the September 2007 issue of V. She was considered one of New York’s “breakout girls” by the magazine. Less than a year after her first debut she was on the cover of L’Officiel Russia. Since this time she has gained more work modeling on runways and for publications.
Inna Pilipenko works under the mother agency Silent. She originally signed with Supreme Management before leaving to sign with Next Models in 2010. A year later she left Next Models for Ford Models. According to other sources she also signed with IQ Models, Beatrice, Premier, Women management, D Models, and Uno Models.
Starting with highlights from her first year, Inna walked the spring show for Moschino and Jil Sander in Milan. This was around the time she was featured in V magazines September 2007 issue.
While work was slow for her first few months, she definitely made new career highlights in 2008 with an appearance in Moschino Cheap and Chic spring advertisement with photographs by Patrick Demarchelier. She was also on her first cover and appeared in her first editorial of 2008 for the French Revue de Modes. She walked the fall Alberta Ferretti, Gianfranco Ferre, Dolce and Gabanna, and Marni Milan shows. She gained an appearance in Vogue Russia with photographs by Matt Irwin for April’s issue.
She also walked the Calvin Klein resort New York show and modeled for Dolce and Gabanna’s fall catalog to finish out the year.
In 2009, she has just as many modeling gigs such as walking for the fall NY, Paris, and Milan shows wearing Marc Jacobs, Alexandre Herchovitch, D&G, Nina Ricci, Moschino, and Louis Vuitton. Along with a number of other models she was in the September 2009 Dazed and Confused editorial. Her photographs were taken by Paulo Sutch. She finished off the year walking the spring Paris shows for Louis Vuitton and Marc Jacobs.
Besides her first cover she has also been on another in 2008. It is confirmed that she was on the cover of Vimadonna, a Greek magazine.
